Single Girder Gantry Crane is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and install, light in weight, and the main beam is mostly off-rail box frame structure. Main Components Of Crane

The main components of the bridge gantry crane are the main beam, support legs, ground beam, cable drum, cable power system, trolley, cabin control, and other components. The main structure is mainly a plate welding box structure, whose main beam and outrigger can be divided into several sections, and the nodes are mainly linked together by node plates and refined high-strength bolts.

What’s the rail type and length?

Rail length will be decided according to your travelling length. The rail type will be decided according to the weight of gantry crane and lifting cargo. Don’t worry, after our design for you, we will list our rail type in our drawing for you.

What’s the voltage of your gantry cane?

Generally, it’s 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phases. You can inform us your local industrial voltage and we can customize for you.

What’s the spreader of your gantry crane?

According to different lifting material, we can provide different spreader. Such as lifting beam, hook, grab and so on.

How long is your warranty?

All the crane and parts are guaranteed for 12 months from the B/L date.

How to pack and delivery the gantry crane?

Standard Export Package. All the parts will be delivered by containers and the electrical parts will in packed into wooden box.

Can your engineer help install at our site? And, how many days may take to finish the installation?

Yes, If need the seller send engineers to buyer’s workshop to guide the crane installation and commissioning jobs and training of the buyer's workers, the buyer should bear the costs.
For how long it will take, it depend on the site situation. Such as how many workers will attend to the installation work? How many hours the site workers work per day? Under normal circumstances, 20days is okay for finishing one set installation.
