	After nearly half a year of technical details communication, factory visit, teleconferencing etc. , we finally signed the sales contract with the Philippine branch of a Spanish company on May 22, 2019. Huada Heavy Industry was appointed to provide 4 sets rail gantry cranes and 2sets 180ton girder carriers, 2sets 30ton trailers for their casting yard.

Technical details of the 4sets gantry crane:
Application: those 4sets gantry crane are used for lifting precast plank at our client casting yard
Basic technical requirements: In order to meet the customer's requirements, our crane lifting mechanism is with double speed, crane traveling mechanism is with the VFD to realize the speed adjustable within 0-30m/min
Technical protective device: Considering the local weather conditions of many typhoons, Our gantry cranes are equipped with special protection devices such as rail clamps, ground anchors, wind proof cables and electromagnetic braking.

Technical details of the 2sets girder transporter and 2sets 30ton trailers:  Application: the two sets girder transporter are used for carrying T-girder from the casting yard to bridge erection site and 2sets trailer is for transporting plank. Special technical design: For the 2sets trailers, we adopt the steel plate without hollow 11.8mx2.3m, and 2sets 180ton girder transporters we equipped the higher configuration: Fastre9JS119A transmission model and Dongfeng Cummins diesel engines. 2 month ago, under our engineers guide at site, our customer already finished the gantry crane and girder transporters’installtion. Currently, all those casting yard equipment are putting into use. Huada Heavy Industry is very honored to contribute to the bridge project in Philippine.
