The equipment was developed and designed by our Huada Heavy Industry Design Department for high speed railway bridge and cross-sea bridge construction by full span launching method (commonly known as FSM).

The FSM involves casting the whole bridge span, typically 24m to 55m long and between 450t and 1,700t in weight, in the casting yard and transporting the whole span with a specially designed multi-axle Tyre Trolley to the bridge site. At the bridge site, an FSM Launching Gantry will be used to lift and place the whole span in the final position.

This Erection equipment included FSLG Launcher (generally 900Ton), Special Trolleys (Combination Transportation and Launching Equipment), Transporters, Straddle Carriers and Rail-mounted Gantry Cranes. The equipment was used for many complex construction conditions including tunnel portal beam erection, small radius curve beam erection and cross station construction, a major contribution to China’s high speed railway expansion.

◆ PROFIBUS is used for real-time distributed control. 
◆ Safety feature including a complete censoring system with self-positioning and correcting functionality, crane with triple breaking system, emergency stop button and limit switch.
◆ Flexible steel legs, convenient to disassemble and transfer.
◆ The frequency-converter can be installed according to the user’s requirements.
