In January of 2020,After bidding, quality evaluation, technical consultation, contract signature and finance process, Huada Heavy Industry has officially entered the stage of production drawing confirmation and blanking period. After nearly four months, Huada’s 2 sets long line segment mould will be used in North America precasting site.  

Since August of last year, Huada Heavy Industry has participated in the sub-contract bidding with this client. Including customized drawing, quality control plan, project cases, company strength presentation and 3D simulation video, various of technical support was timely provided by Huada Heavy Industry.

According to completed bridge drawing and actual situation of client’s precasting yard, Huada’s engineer team adopted 2 sets long line segment mould finally. This solution will help client save the purchasing cost and improve client’s precast working efficiency.
