Xiangjiang East Road Leishui Bridge Proejct by Formwork Bridge Construction
Xiangjiang East Road Leishui Bridge Proejct is located at the Leishui and Xiangjiang junction. China Railway Communications Invest Group is contracted to build the Leishui Bridge project with the cantilever formwork bridge construction method, including 1 bridge called Leishui Bridge. The main bridge span adopts 65+12+65 meters variable cross-section prestressed concrete box girder.

Bridge upper structure is made of 65+120+65 meters 3 span prestressed concrete continuous steel structure box girder. Box girder section adopts single cell box. Box girder top width 16.49m and bottom width 9.0m, flange cantilever length 3.75m.

Cantilever formwork bridge construction technology and method in this bridge building is as following.
Construction procedure: formwork installation and form traveller in place-adjust bottom mold and outer mould elevation-binding rebar of baseplate and web-install vertical prestressing rebar-support inner mould and end cap mould-install longitudinal and tranverse prestressing tube-binding top plate rebar-pour concrete-maintain-cross steel strands-tension-mud jacking-form traveller moving. Recycle the construction as this.
