Project Name: Straddle Carrier for Lifting I-girder Equipment supplied: 2sets straddle carrier (rubber tyred gantry crane) supplied to casting yard. Export Country: Europe  Year: Oct, 2019. For these two straddle carrier project, it only took us one month and a half to finish all the technical details clarification, sales contract between our two companies. Here's what the client said “we trust your company”.

Technical details of the 2sets straddle carrier:
Application: the 2sets straddle carrier will be used at our client casting yard for lifting I -girder
Basic technical requirements:
Capacity: 70ton
Lifting height: 7.5m
Span: 16.23m

Special technical communication: 
Firstly, for our client convenient using, our straddle carrier design can realize flexible steering in different direction, such as go straight, transverse travel, pivot steering, crab travel, front and rear steering. 

		Second: Considering our client mould arrangement in his casting yard, our straddle carrier has to cover two rows of the mould to lift the precast girder, we revised and fixed the accurate span through day and night communication.
		Third: The other special design of our two sets straddle carrier is our client can operte them synchronously and separately, which make our crane more versatile for our user.
		Forth: To the configuration of the our straddle carrier( crane), we also have a deep communication with our customer, such as use Commins diesel engine, SAUER-DANFOSS hydraulic system, Posital (Germany)’s Position Sensor, Scanreco (Sweden)’s remote control...We strive to equip our customers the best configurations of our straddle carrier with competitive price.
		Finally, about the foundation issues, which is key to our straddle carrier using at our customer’s casting yard, we design the Ground specification pressure≤6 Bar.

1month ago, our 4engineers came to our customer site for guiding the crane installation and commissioning issues. Despite the cold weather, our engineers completed the installation and commissioning of the two straddle carriers in only 20 days.
